Returns and exchanges

You want to return an NORDIQ MOOSE article. No problem!
All articels that you have purchased directly from our online shop can be returned. Please note that
the item must be in the condition you received it. Also, the associated label must not be removed
and must be located on the article. The item which you do not like or does not fit can be returned
within 14 days.
We can’t cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you
need to make changes, please wait to receive your order and make any returns or exchange at that

Purchased items are exchangeable in any different size or product if available. Exchanges are only
processed after receiving your returned products and are based on stock availability at that time.
Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge.
If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know
your preferred product, color and size in the Return Form

Receiving a refund
Once we have approved the return shipment, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation that the
invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next few days. You will receive this amount by
the same method with which you paid for your purchase.
