HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re
interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You don’t need an account to place an order, you can simply place your order as a guest.
If you wish to join the NORDIQ MOOSE Club, you will be able to make easy check-out.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
There are three possible ways to place orders with us: you can order as a guest, new or an existing
customer. The user account enhances the ordering process, making it simpler and faster. After you
chose the colour and size of your desired article, you can place it in the shopping cart. The shopping
cart contains an overview of all your pre-selected items. At the bottom of the shopping cart page you
can find the total price of all your desired articles. After completing your order you have purchased
the desired products, which will be delivered to your chosen delivery address.
How do I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been
verified.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
NORDIQ MOOSE does not have a minimum order value, our customers can order what they want.

For your payments we accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), PayPal and
Amazon Pay.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE SECURE PAYMENT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Since our products are delivered to different countries, the delivery period may vary.
International shipments typically take 2-5 business days to arrive.
What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?
If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest UPS/DHL office
and an information note will be left for you.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, Duties and Taxes are not
included in the item price or shipping cost.

IF I HAVE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
You must contact customer service to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only
be changed before the order has shipped.
Unfortunately you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed.
Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

HELP! THERE’S AN ITEM MISSING/INCORRECT IN MY DELIVERY?
We aim to resolve any problems you may have with your order as soon as possible. In the unlikely

What is your Returns Policy?
You can return unworn internet purchases within 14 days of receiving your item.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Terms & Conditions
page.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a free returns service to customers.This is stated on our
Returns page.
We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. International customers are responsible for
return shipping.

I returned my order, how long will my refund take?
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a return confirmation email. All refunds
will be issued to the payment method you used when placing the order.
Invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next few days
Your money will be refunded within 3-10 working days depending on your payment methods

Can I cancel my order or an item from my order?
NORDIQ MOOSE Webstore is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your
order has been processed online and you have received an order confirmation.
We may be able to cancel your order or an item from your order but we can only do this by email

After 2pm you cannot cancel your order but you may return it.
If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you may be able to return your order in accordance with
our returns policy.
